Who Is Eligible for Gap Payments
Gap payments are available to any licensed early learning programs in Austin/Travis County who:
- Have a signed CCS provider agreement with Workforce Solutions Capital Area and serve CCS scholarship children ages 0-3.
- Are licensed or registered and in good standing with regulatory agencies.
- Are ready to serve scholarship-supported families.
